A report on the Teachers' Assessment that took place at our school on October 31, 2023. This assessment was conducted by a panel of educators to observe classroom sessions, verify records, and provide feedback and suggestions to our teaching staff. The assessment panel consisted of experienced educators and administrators who were invited to evaluate the teaching methods, classroom management, and overall performance of our teaching staff. Members of the assessment panel visited various classrooms throughout the day to observe teaching methods, student-teacher interactions, and the overall classroom atmosphere.

The purpose was to assess the effectiveness of teaching techniques and identify areas for improvement. In addition to classroom observations, the panel also examined the records maintained by teachers, including lesson plans, attendance records, and assessment data.

This allowed them to gauge the level of preparation and documentation. During the feedback session, the panel also recognized and appreciated the strengths and best practices of the teachers. This positive reinforcement aimed to motivate the teaching staff and acknowledge their dedication and commitment.

The assessment provided valuable insights that will help in planning future professional development programs for our teachers. Areas that require improvement will be addressed through targeted training and workshops. The Teachers' Assessment was not just an evaluation but also a means to encourage continuous growth and improvement among our teaching staff.
